How do you ensure my plants arrive safely?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures each plant in place. Our shipping process includes thermal insulation for cold weather and specialized inserts to prevent soil spillage and leaf damage during transit.
What is your 30-day happiness guarantee?
We want you to love your new greenery. If your plant arrives in poor condition or dies within 30 days of arrival, we will send you a replacement for free or provide a store credit.
Do I need to repot my plant immediately after it arrives?
We recommend waiting at least 2-4 weeks before repotting. Your plant needs time to acclimate to the light and humidity levels in its new home environment before experiencing the stress of repotting.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Processing typically takes 2-3 business days, and standard shipping usually arrives within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Are your plants pet-friendly?
We offer a wide selection of non-toxic, pet-safe plants such as Parlor Palms and Calatheas. You can easily filter our collection by 'Pet-Friendly' to find options that are safe for your cats and dogs.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly to ensure plant health, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of the order being placed.
